William Edward Cromwell, age 63, passed away July 1, 2023, at his home in Vero Beach.
He was born April 8, 1960, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada to the late Lewis and Audrey (Adams) Cromwell.
Mr. Cromwell worked for 25 years as the General Manager of Northlands in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Survivors include his wife, Franckguy Saint-Preux, Brittney Cromwell, Lewis Cromwell, and Kacey Marcellus.
A Gathering of friends and family will be held 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 22, 2023. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 a.m. at Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, 1655 27th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cromwell family, 1550 S 42nd Circle, Apt 202, Vero Beach, FL 32967.

Bill was a wonderful neighbor and a very beautiful person who always had an air of kindness and innocence about him. He is sadly missed. My condolences to Kacey and the rest of the family.
