I don’t even know where to start but here it goes… words can’t describe our friendship it was truly a spiritual bond! From the endless talks on the side of riverside to the weekly check in phones calls to see how our weeks were going. I will always remember you, Joey, especially the day that Tammy Galvin and I walked you and Shannon around the neighborhood on Halloween. You were such a good little kid then, and you’ve turned out to be a great man too. You will always be missed and remember, you’ll always be loved as well.

I don’t think I could possibly put into words what you Joey meant to me. We became fast friends, many years ago. Joey is the Godfather of my oldest daughter, Nadia. What a special bond we all shared. He never missed an event or celebration. Joey was always the first one to let me know how much he cared- whether it was through a handwritten letter, phone call or text message. We ended every conversation miss you, love you. He was a light in my life and I know many others. I will miss you forever and continue to honor your memory. We will never ever forget you “Uncle Joe”.

I am sadden to hear that my Son has passed away, even though our relationship was estranged. He was still loved by our family, his Sister and Mother.
