Gloria C. Farino, nee Borsella, died peacefully on March 31, 2026.
Gloria is the daughter of the late Albert and Frances Borsella, born in New Jersey.
Gloria met Tony, through mutual friends and soon became inseparable. They married in 1948 and enjoyed 76 wonderful years together which included having 3 children. Having fun throwing parties, traveling with friends, and playing sports (bowling, tennis, and golf).
Christmas Eve was Gloria’s favorite holiday when she would prepare the Seven Fishes, having Yule Log on TV playing Christmas tunes and the finale of Santa coming for the grandchildren.
Gloria enjoyed sharing a meal with family or friends and was a true fashionista.
Survivors include Tony (Tricia), Teresa Lyons, Loretta Burgess (Cliff), seven grandchildren, and fifteen great grandchildren.
She is predeceased by her siblings Nicholas Joseph, Albert, Mary, and Yolanda.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Memorial contribution may be made to the VNA Hospice House located at 901 37th Street Vero Beach, FL 32960.
