Doris M. Manning, at the vibrant age of 98, passed away peacefully on May 20, 2026, in Vero Beach, Florida.
She was born in Ottawa, Canada on November 23,1927, to Alexander and Mary (Judge) Raymond.
Doris held numerous titles within the medical profession and ultimately retired in the same field.
She was a longtime resident of Vero Beach, a devoted member of St. Helen’s Catholic Church, and The Moose.
She is survived by her son, Neil (Linda) Manning, daughter, Debbie (Ron) Secor, grandchildren, Robert O’Neal, Tammy Conger, Raymond Manning, Jennifer Pinkey, Christopher Secor, Stephanie Secor, 14 great-grandchildren, and eight great-great- grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Brenda Secor and her husband, Ross Manning.
A private interment at Crestlawn will be held with family and friends at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged in Doris’s name to St. Helen’s Catholic Church.
Arrangements are by Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, Vero Beach.

My sincere condolences to my cousins and their family. Last time I saw my Auntie Doe was 2005. I was very blessed to have her here at that time. She was a beautiful woman inside and out. Her hugs were the best. She will be missed by many. Sending love and hugs ❤️

Debbie and family – I’m so sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing. She was a kind lady. We always spoke when I would see her out. She lived a long life and know it doesn’t make it any easier. Hugs to everyone.
