Carol Ann (Mills) Decker died on June 14, 2026, at the age of 86, in Vero Beach, Florida.
She was born in Washington, D.C. in the summer of 1939.
Carol moved to Vero Beach, Florida and was the owner of Carol’s Commercial Cleaning.
Survivors include her son, Michael Decker; daughters, Lisa Decker, Brenda Decker, Trisha Mayer, and Phyllis Coleman; seventeen grandchildren; and twenty-two great grandchildren.
Carol was predeceased by her sons, James Caughey and Gene Decker; Mother, Evelyn Colon; Father, Harry Mills; and three grandchildren (Jesse, Stephen, and Shelby).
Arrangements are by Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, Vero Beach.
