Landis G. Ketner, age 84, passed away December 17, 2016 at Indian River Medical Center.
He was born October 29, 1932 to the late Landis D. and Catherine Ketner.
Survivors include his beloved wife, Betty Ketner; daughters, Debra Lowe and Denise Jiruska; son, Keith Ketner; 5 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
Landis was a member of EAA Chapter 99, AACA, and The Studebaker Drivers Club. He was 2006 recipient of the EAA Major Achievement Award for outstanding service to EAA and recreational aviation.
A gathering of friends, to honor Landis, will be held at the Indian River Aerodrome, 125 Nieuport Drive, Vero Beach, January 28, 2017 at 1:30pm.
