Jeffery F. “Heff” Rose, age 25, passed away December 3, 2016 at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center.
Heff was born in Traverse City, Michigan and later lived in Beulah, Michigan before becoming a resident of Vero Beach.
He was a member of St. Helen Catholic Church and a graduate of Vero Beach High School.
Survivors include father, Robert Councilor; grandparents, Roger and Cecelia Rose; sisters, Kendra Rose (Matt), Melissa Councilor (Tony) and Bobbie Donald (Billy); brothers, Spencer Rose and Sean Councilor; numerous aunts and uncles; 14 nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by mother, Cheryl Councilor and biological father, William Snyder.
A service to honor Heff will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 30, 2016 at St. Helen Catholic Church.
