Richard Lee Isaacs, age 84, passed away June 21, 2015 at Indian River Medical Center.
Isaacs served in the United States Army during WWII.
Richard moved to Vero Beach in 1988, coming from Vienna, VA.
Mr. Isaacs was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, for 55 years.
He is survived by daughters, Carol Moore of Pheonix, AZ, Rebecca Isaacs of Orlando, FL, and Kimberly Miesse of Wilmington, NC; sisters, Jean and Carolyn of Kokomo, IN; five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
There will be a memorial service at a later date.
