Christopher Heath Connelly died unexpectedly on Monday, November 30th 2015 in his Port St. Lucie, Florida home at 32 years of age.
He was born on November 29, 1983 in Salem, VA. He lived most of his adult life in North Carolina where he attended high school and college and was an avid fan of Duke Basketball and the Carolina Panthers.
He is survived by his mother, Cherie Martin Connelly of Apopka, FL.; father, Peter Heath Connelly and stepmother, Roxanne Rutledge Connelly of Vero Beach, FL.; grandmother, Helen Martin Grant of Roanoke, VA; and his sister, Meredith Branch Connelly of Asheville, NC.
He was a gifted chef and entrepreneur and will forever be remembered by those who loved him for his sense of humor, his desire to help others and his smile. There will be a private family service.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Cancer Research Institute.
