David Prange, age 86, went home to the Lord on November 29, 2015.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Patty: daughters: Nancy Smith, Pompano Beach; Pam Prange, Vero Beach; Merrilu Poole (John) Mims, Fl.; Jan Buetow (Steven) Ft. Lee, Va. He had 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Dave was preceded in death by his brothers, Howard, Bill, Dick and Ed Prange and his sister, Ruth Prange.
He graduated from Vero Beach High School in 1948, attended the University of Florida for three years and served in the Air Force for 4 years.
Dave worked in the citrus industry and owned his own groves. He also worked at Piper Aircraft Corp. for over 25 years.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 12th at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Lutheran Church, 1150 41st Ave., Vero Beach, 32960, with visitation preceding the service at 10:30 a.m.
Donations may be made to Grace Lutheran Music Fund at the above address or to a charity of your choice. Please, no flowers. Dave sang in the church choir for over 40 years and his parents were founding members of Grace Lutheran Church.
