Richard �Dick� Dean Bair, age 81, of Vero Beach, Florida, passed away on November 22, 2015.
He was born in Miles Township, Pennsylvania and was a graduate of Williamsport Area Community College.
Mr. Bair enjoyed his many years of work at West Pharmaceuticals.
He and his wife, Betty, are members at Lutheran Church of the Redeemer.
Dick enjoyed many outdoor activities. However, the most treasured memories were shared with his family while camping and �RV�ing�. The family will also hold close to the many summers that were spent in Pennsylvania at the fairgrounds.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Betty Bair; sons, Steven D. Bair and Ronald L. Bair; brothers, Gerald Bair and Robert Bair; and two grandchildren.
There will be a memorial service held 2:00 PM on Thursday, December 3, 2015 at Lutheran Church of the Redeemer, 900 27th Ave, Vero Beach, FL 32960. There will be a reception to follow in the Fellowship Hall.
