Rev. W. Richard Call, age 85, born March 18, 1929, in Huntington, Indiana and last resided in Sarasota, Florida, died at home on Monday, August 11, 2014.
He is preceded in death by wife of forty-nine years, Lucretia�s M. (Johnson) Call, age 67, (1997) and his eldest son David Lynn, age 28 (1978) and is survived by his second wife of fifteen years, Alene H. Call of Sarasota, FL.
Richard, an ordained minister in the Church of the Nazarene, resided and was the senior pastor at the Churches of the Nazarene in Markle, Eaton, Albany, Columbia City, Ossian, and Lynn, Indiana and in Mooresville and High Point, North Carolina.
He retired in 1995 with Lucretia, to Vero Beach, FL.
Richard and Lucretia were parents of three children, grandparents of five grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
Richard was a United States Navy veteran and was activated during the Korean conflict.
Funeral services are to be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, August 23 at the Church of the Nazarene, 1280 27th Ave, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
