Tuesday, March 3, 2020, William White Dingle, better known as “Bill”, departed his earthly life at the age of 69 years. He was born in Darby, Pennsylvania, on the 24th of November, 1950, to Charles and Jean Dingle.

William is survived by Sandra Dingle, his wife of ten years; daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Jerry Dixon of Sebastian; two step-sons, Chris Fausett and Todd (Caroline) Fausett of Kiln, MS; and brother Fred (Kathy) Dingle of Newark, DE. Preceding him in death were Bill’s parents and his first wife, Peggy.

Jennifer and Jerry blessed Bill with three grandchildren, Madison (13), Jared (10), and Jacob (2). Todd and Caroline added five step-grandchildren, Sebastian (18), Alexandra (17), Megan (11), Vincent (10), and Kristian (8). All the grandchildren brought Bill great joy.

Bill received a Bachelor of Marketing degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. After graduating from college in the early 70’s, Bill moved to Miami to become a buyer for Sears, Roebuck & Company. He came to Vero Beach in the mid 70’s to work retail stores on Ocean Drive with his in-laws. Before retiring, Bill also taught business classes in St Lucie County, became Education Director for the Humane Society, worked for the County Sheriff’s Office, and became a Security Officer at the Indian River Mall.

Bill was an avid golfer, he loved to walk, and he passionately frequented antique stores. He was a loving and loyal companion, father, brother, and grandfather. He will be missed by many, including his two furry friends, Chandler and Neeko.

At the request of the family, no service is planned at this time. However, memorial gifts in William Dingle’s name may be sent to Indian River Animal Advocates at 1624 14th Avenue, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
