Colleen R. Carter, age 72, of Vero Beach, passed away, Wednesday, December 9, 2020 after a prolonged illness.
She was born in Newport, New Hampshire. Colleen moved to Vero Beach 48 years ago coming from Keene, NH.
She was a member of St. Helen Church, Vero Beach.
Colleen is survived by her mom, Mary Carter; sister, Cathy Morrison (Roger); daughters, Cynthia Tuttle (Jim), Christina Petticrew (George), and Charlene Sleeper; 8 grandchildren, Eric Compton, Danielle Henchcliffe, Kim Adkins, Jeff Tuttle, Ashley Johnson, Bradley Petticrew, Ashley Petticrew, Arienne Sleeper; and 13 great-grandchildren, Caleb, Ava, Dylan, Stanley, Cynthia, David, Mallorie, Liam, Jaxson, Waylon, Brayden, Leylah, and Braley.
She was predeceased by her father, Ronald Carter.
There will be no services.
Arrangements are by Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, Vero Beach.
