Charles Elmer Binns, age 90, of Vero Beach, passed away Thursday, December 10, 2020.
He was born February 22, 1930 to parents, Harry Binns Sr. and Medreth Jane Binns of Pancoastburgh, Ohio.
Charles was a United States Military retiree. He spent 2 years in the Navy and 20 years in the Army. Charles was a veteran of both the Korean and Vietnam Wars.
He had been a resident of Vero Beach since 1978, moving here from Indianapolis, Indiana.
Charles worked for the City of Vero Beach in Wastewater Treatment and retired some time ago.
He spent his retirement years doing what he loved best, fishing for snook and crappies. The remainder of his time was spent with his wife, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Charles was predeceased by his wife, Patilla Ann Binns.
Charles is survived by his daughters, Patricia Sue Bunn and Paula Jane Cantlon, three sons, Larry Allan Binns, James Roy Binns and Mark Riley, 11 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.

Loved Charley very much. I got to go fishing him on a visit in 1981.
