Barbara Ann (Daub) Welch, 66, of Vero Beach, FL passed away Saturday, December 26, 2020 at VNA Hospice House. She was born April 6, 1954 in Portsmouth, OH and moved to Vero Beach in 1976.
Barbara is survived by her daughters, Stephenie Welch of Vero Beach and Kerry (Bryan) Pearsaul of Oviedo; grandchildren, Jacob Horn, Nora Pearsaul, and Alexander Pearsaul; sister, Elisabeth (Rick) Stevens; brothers, Richard A. Daub and Harald (Darlene) Daub; and sister-in-law, Judy Daub all of Portsmouth.
Barbara was predeceased by her husband, Perry Welch, parents, Ronald S. Daub Sr. and Laura B. Daub, and brother, Ronald S. Daub Jr.

My heart is so heavy that you left this earth already. You will be missed! I remember growing up and you always bringing us Big Gulp Diet Cokes and keeping us laughing until our stomachs hurt. Your hugs were always so warm and whenever I would see you out, you called me your baby girl. I will never forget how much you played a part in who I have become. I miss your smile and your laugh already. Thank you for always including me in your family. Love you “mom”!
