To All of Gene’s family I wish to express my condolences to you for the lost of a genuinely great person. I had the pleasure of working with and along side Gene for more than 20 years at the City of Vero Beach. I enjoyed his friendship, learned many things and will miss his presence on this earth. Gene may you rest in peace and be our guiding angel through the rest of our lives.
