Kitty M. Coleman, age 91, of Vero Beach, passed away, Monday, January 25, 2021.
She was born September 5, 1929 in Shellman, Georgia to parents, Benny and Elizabeth Anthony Melton.
Mrs. Coleman moved from Plantation, Florida to Vero Beach.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Vero Beach; Vero Beach Woman’s Club, and the Garden Club of Indian River County.
Mrs. Coleman was a volunteer of Friends of the Indian River County Library.
She had attended Emory University and Broward Community College.
Mrs. Coleman is survived by her two sons, Frank Coleman Jr., and Carlton (Brenda) Coleman; her daughter, Katherine (Jim) Marois; and her grandchildren, Alyssa Marois and Darryl Marois.
Mrs. Coleman was predeceased by her husband of 53 years, Frank L. Coleman, Sr.
A Graveside service will be held 1 p.m., Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at Crestlawn Cemetery, Vero Beach.
