Kathy Coles, age 82, passed away Friday, August 20, 2021.
She was born in Greece and moved to Vero Beach from Fayetteville, North Carolina in 1984.
Kathy was employed by Kountry Kitchen in Vero Beach as a waitress for 17 years.
She is survived by her daughter, Nancy McClain and son-in-law, Wayne McClain; and grandchildren, Katherine and Nicole McClain.
Kathy was predeceased by her husband, Merl A. Coles Jr. in 2009.
The family will greet friends from 3 – 5 p.m., on Saturday, September 25th, 2021, at Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, Vero Beach.

KATHY WAS ONE OF THE WARMEST, LOVING, SWEETEST WOMAN I HAVE EVER MET. SO GENUINE AND PURE WAS HER NATURE. I’M SO HAPPY I HAD THE PRIVILEGE OF BEING A SMALL PART OF HER LIFE AND WAS VERY BLESSED TO HAVE KNOWN HER. MAY SHE BRIGHTEN THE HEAVENS WITH HER SMILE !!!!
