Stephen Paul Boisvert, age 58, of Sebastian, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 15, 2018.
He was born in Providence, Rhode Island on August 30, 1960 and moved to Vero Beach in 1972, coming from his birthplace.
Stephen enjoyed education, earning many certifications throughout his lifetime. He began his love of horses as a teenager and obtained his title as Farrier, working often in the field.
Stephen had retired as Watch Engineer of Vero Beach Municipal Power Plant after 35 years of service.
He was a member of Kegalo Hunt Club, Sandersville, Georgia and the NRA.
Stephen is survived by his son, Daniel Boisvert and daughter, Rebeka (Robert) Smith both of Vero Beach; his mother, Eva Guiney of Vero Beach; five grandchildren, Levi & Emery and Lexi Jo, Cooper & Evelyn; also, cousin, Phyllis & Bobby Gardiner and their son & daughter, Robert and Sara.
Stephen was predeceased by his father, Albert L. Boisvert.
The family will greet friends from 10 – Noon, Saturday, December 29th, 2018 at Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home, with a Celebration of Life to follow at Noon.
