Bette Daugherty Lathrop of Vero Beach, FL passed away peacefully with her children present on January 1st, 2019.
An inspiration to many, she lived her life fully with dignity, humor and grace. She was preceded in death by her parents G. Scott and Margaret Mourfield Daugherty, her beloved Grandson, Thomas Daugherty Rayson, and her loving husband Clifford E. Lathrop.
She is survived by her three children and their spouses, Jane and Butch Howard of Savannah, GA, Ned and Lilly Rayson of Knoxville, TN and Scott and Cary Rayson of Nashville, TN, eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
