Elizabeth “Betsy” Helen Field-Connelly, age 65, passed away July 14, 2022 at her home in Sebastian, Florida.
She was born February 26, 1957 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Norman T. Field, Jr. and June Horacek Field.
Betsy retired several years ago, after many years of work.
Survivors include her brothers, Norman T. Field, III and Eric Field and also her nephew, Christopher Field.
She was predeceased by her brother, Christopher G. Field.

Even though I knew Betsy for 6 months after moving across the street from her we became friends enjoying meals together and talking. Betsy was one of the nicest greeters for us. She gave us a lawn chair as moving from Indiana we had left so much behind and remodeling the new home we had nothing for outdoors. She cooked for us and even threw in a leaf rake. I say this as I wanted people to know she had a big giving heart. I was looking forward to our friendship and she will be missed. If I can make a suggestion for her ashes I knew she loved Indian River and Vic’s Italian restaurant. I believe her and her late husband’s ashes should be scattered on the Indian River somewhere near Vic’s as it was the first place they ate when moving to Sebastian.

Sue Andreozzi -friend I met Betsy a few years ago though a friend. She was a funny lady.I liked her alot.I will miss her. God rest her soul! See you in heaven!

Rest easy my friend. I think of you often and wish there was more I could have done. I will always be grateful for our friendship. GIve a hug to me fur family and Eddie. You and Casey are together again. I miss you.

I just learned that my old friend, Betsy Field, passed away. Betsy and I were friends in the early 1970s in Chicago. We had many wonderful times together! I totally lost track of Betsy, and then found out she was gone…too soon. Conjured up some great old memories. Rest in Peace, Bets.
