William Turner Stone, age 85, passed away September 2, 2021 at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital.
He was born January 1, 1936 in Elba, Alabama to the late William and Rosalind Stone.
He was an Air Force Veteran, serving 4 years (1954-1958).
Mr. Stone received his Bachelor of Theology from Apostolic Bible Institute in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1961. He served in Ministry for 60 years and most recently with The First United Pentecostal Church of Vero Beach.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra Elgene Stone; grandchildren, William “Cody” (Mariyah) and Gabrielle Brooke (Gerardo); great granddaughter, Penelope Alora; daughter-in-law, Doreen Lynn; and brother, Benjamin Albert.
A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 2, 2021 at First United Pentecostal Church, 125 27th Avenue, Vero Beach, FL. Inurnment will follow at Crestlawn of Vero Beach, with Military Honors.
Arrangements are by Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, Vero Beach.

Sister Stone, My Sincerest condolences to you and your family ❤. When the church was in Palm Bay, Florida it was the first Pentecostal church I went to, was baptized and received the Holy Ghost when I was 10 years old, we used to have some powerful services there!
