Anne Francis Hoard, age 64, of Vero Beach, passed away on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at VNA Hospice House.
She was born in Montgomery County, Maryland and moved to Vero Beach eight years ago, coming from Fairfax County, Virginia.
Anne retired from the State Department, USAID, Washington, D.C., after more than 25 years as an Administrative Assistant.
She was a member of St. John of the Cross Catholic Church, Vero Beach.
Anne is survived by her brother, Bob (Tracey) Hoard, sister, Sara Hill and brother, John (Brenda) Hoard; her beloved nieces, Shannon Coates and Melissa Silver; and nephews, Chas Hill, Steven Hill and Forrest (Alison) Mallonne.
Memorial contributions may be made to VNA Hospice House, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
A Graveside Service will be held 1 p.m., November 10, 2018, at Fairfax Memorial Cemetery, Fairfax, VA.
