Arlan J. Bartz, 56, died Sunday, February 28, 2021. He was born in Yankton, South Dakota to Carol and Melvin Bartz. Fifth sibling of nine. Married to Terri Sloan-Bartz for 32 years, with two daughters Teran and Payten Bartz. Currently resided in Vero Beach, FL. Loving, Kind, and gentle man, who put family above all. Spent this work career delivering milk to school and nursing homes throughout the Treasure Coast. Devoted Broncos fan. Always the life of the Party.
Preceded in death by parents Melvin Bartz, Carol Bartz, brothers Michael and Joseph Bartz, sisters in laws Cindy and Jo Lynn Bartz, and brother in laws John Medina.
Survived by wife, Terri Sloan- Bartz, daughters, Teran and Payten Bartz, siblings, Rodney Bartz, Randy Bartz, Karla Bartz, Theresa Medina, Jeffrey Bartz (Julie), Angela Lyon (Gregg), and sister in law, Sandi Bartz.
A Funeral Service will be held at the Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, March 5th, 2021 at 11:00 AM, with Deacon Dave Hankle of St. Helen Catholic Church, officiating. Inurnment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Fort Pierce, immediately following the service. Celebration of Life at American Icon Brewery in Vero Beach, following the burial.

Dear Terri and daughters we are so sorry to read about Arlan’s death. I always enjoyed visiting with him when I walked my dog. Especially about Nebraska football. He was such a kind man. Always with a smile. We enjoyed being your neighbors. So sad for you!
