Benjamin David “Ben” Pierce 87 of Vero Beach left us peacefully in his sleep Tuesday September 22,2015
He was preceded by his wife, Betty W Pierce
He was born in Buffalo, NY January 7,1928, married Betty and moved to Vero Beach in 1950. He was employed by Frito Lay for 20 yrs, Charles Chips 10 yrs, and Dodger Pines CC.
Ben was an avid golfer, fisherman, and loved all sports. A member of Trinity Episcopal Church and later Christ Church of Vero Beach.
Survived by daughters Nancy Fletcher and Carrie Pierce-Myers, brother Woodie Pierce of CouerD’Alane, Idaho, sister Marie Smith,California and 4 grandchildren.
Ben never met a stranger, had a quick dry sense of humor and always had something funny to say. He was loved and respected by everyone who knew him and will be sorely missed but more important, fondly remembered for a long long time.

There will be Memorial Service at Christ Church Vero Beach, 925 14th Lane on Saturday October 3, 2015 at 1:30pm
