He was born in Wabasso, Florida, on August 31, 1968.
Survivors Include: Lorenzo L. Jacobs (sibling), Lorenzo L. Jacobs (nephew) and Austen Charles Jacobs (nephew).
He was preceded in death by: Audrey D. Stinson-Jacobs (Mother) and Charles L. Jacobs Sr. (Father).
A small family gathering will be held as per Charles�s wishes.
