David Herbert Orr, age 80, of Vero Beach, passed away May 21, 2019.
David was born May 19, 1936 in North Adams, MA, and was raised in a military family, moving 14 times.
David was a United States Army veteran, having served in the Armored Division.
David had attended the U.S. Military Academy prior to transferring to Norwich University – The Military College of Vermont, where he graduated in 1962 with a Bachelor’s degree.
David had formerly worked with a financial services company in Boca Raton, FL.
He was of Christian Science faith.
Survivors include his brothers, William Walter Orr of Branson West, MO and Herbert Arthur Orr, Jr. of Stamford, CT; along with his 8 nieces & nephews.
David was predeceased by his father, Herbert Arthur Orr, Sr. and his mother, Ethel Marie Kane Orr.
