Let the family know you care by sharing this tribute.
Dillon Mathew Bloom, age 20, passed away July 8, 2020.
Our son, our friend, our hero. Dillon was a native to Florida, born and raised in Vero Beach. The small kid who had a heart of gold. Growing up, he had a love of nature, camping, fishing, and Cub Scouts. Dillon had a love for bass fishing. Once he was old enough to drive, he was off to his favorite fishing spot. He always had a fishing pole in one hand and a bait bucket in the other.
He struggled from depression, which took him to dark places at times. At the end of his life, he was happy and doing well. The child with a heart of golds life cut short. God must have needed him for something special. The world lost a special person with so much love to give.
His parents, Paul and Lori; brothers, James and Dean; sister in law, Meghan; girlfriend, Jackie; as well as grandparents and cousins will miss the joy he brought in their lives.
May he rest in peace…we will fish with you again.
Arrangements are by Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, Vero Beach.

Dillon was a 1 in a million type person. His smile could light up a room. He was caring and thoughtful. He really did have a heart of gold. He was such an old soul. His creativity and redneck ability was one of a kind. From the mud mowers to his funny ways. He’ll always be in our hearts. May he be at peace now. Love ya cousin Tommy

I’ll remember Dillion Bloom as spoiled as any kid on the block. Driving his four-wheeler through our yard kicking up dirt. I’d come outside to his mischievous smile and grin. My condolences to the Bloom family. Who has been good to me my whole life. I reflect on the greatest memories. Ride forever lil man.

I grew up in Vero Beach with Dillon. He was a great friend to me. He would invite us to his birthday’s parties, we’d skateboard and bike on his halfpipe, just having fun being kids. Dillon was one great friend, & had an amazing soul. God gained another innocent angel. Please take GREAT care of our beloved friend!!! R.I.P. bro. Forever in our memories & heart!!!

I dont even know where to begin, Dillon, you were honestly the greatest friend my husband couldve had. I didnt realize it at the time and I’m so so stupid. But Dillon you we’re ALWAYS there for my family. When my car was broke down I didnt have not a dime in my name you took time out of your day to come and fix it for free so my kids had a car. One day I was short of groceries and you went home and came back with a full box of food. You did so much for me and my family and im so sorry for not saying thank you and we love you sooner. I cant believe youre gone and I’m so blessed that you came over last month for a BBQ.. At least we got to see you smile and be around your positive vibes. Stay close to your parents because they need you right now buddy so does Mark. We all love you and cant wait to see you again. Much love -Davis family
