Domenic Alfano, age 74, of Vero Beach, Florida passed away on September 14, 2015 at VNA Hospice House.
He was born in Rockford, Illinois to Frank and Mildred Alfano and has been a resident of Vero Beach since 1997.
Mr. Alfano served in the United States Army and was a graduate of University of Iowa. He enjoyed his many years of work as a Director at Prudential Insurance.
Domenic was an avid boater and was a Hundred Ton United States Coast Guard Captain. His favorite boat was his 49� Hinckley sailboat with his 40� Eastbay being a close second. In his free time, he also enjoyed golf at Vero Beach Country Club.
He is survived by wife, Janice Alfano; daughter, Dana (Jim) Pounds; son, Sean (Karen) Lawson; granddaughters, Ava and Jade Lawson.
Services will be private.
