Donovan Dennis Schumann, age 52, passed away March 5, 2022.

He was born January 22, 1970 in Vero Beach, Florida to John J. Schumann, Jr. and Katherine Gollnick Schumann.

He graduated from Vero Beach High School and then attended Santa Fe Community College.

Donovan loved dogs, and enjoyed hunting, boating and target shooting. He spent much of his life riding and working with horses. He had previously owned a citrus grove and an aquaculture farm. Most recently, he had been a cattle rancher. He truly loved making friends and family laugh, and was known for his kindness.

In addition to his wife Brenda and his parents, survivors include his twin brother Gene (Martha) Schumann, brothers John Schumann, III (Kim), Mark (Cheri) Schumann, and sister Vickie (Barry) Wyatt, along with many nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held Wednesday, March 9, at First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Dr. G. Timothy Womack officiating.

Arrangements are by Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, Vero Beach.
