Earl was a true gentleman in spirit and actions. I was always impressed with his quiet demeanor and his willingness to help Rachel and Joel with their many home and improvement projects. Georgia and Earl were a beautiful couple. Earl will live on in many peoples’ memories and hearts. He was an inspiration to many and a unique and wonderful man.

Earl was an interesting, steady, forward thinking entrepreneur, husband, and parent, who I feel fortunate to have known. His many attributes and accomplishments and demeanor are too many to chronicle here.
I particularly admired his willingness to explore accept and implement new technologies. This was true, both in his business, life and personal life. When personal computers first appeared, he was quick to understand their potential. I was most impressed with the giant early satellite dish antenna installed on his house in a manner that would not be an aggravation to his neighbors or passersby- redesigning the house to achieve this result.
He was blessed to have the most capable wife and business partner. Georgia and Earl worked well together and accomplished many things.
As noted Earl loved the water which was a constant in his life. I am sure that is what brought him to Crystal Lake, where we were pleased to be neighbors and friends.
Earl we miss you but feel most fortunate to have known you.
