I worked with Elaine for twelve years at Indian River School Board and she was always so kind, upbeat and had a great sense of humor. She was one of those people you could always rely on and she was so loved by all who worked with her, including me. When I think of her, I see her smile and hear her laugh. I hope her family finds comfort in knowing how special she was to many. My deepest sympathy and prayers at this time of loss.

I appreciated the time Elaine gave each year to review my treasury books for the Indian River County Florida Retired Educators Association. She was always so sweet. Deepest sympathy to her family. Joan Edwards, Vero Beach

My deepest sympathy to Elaine’s family. I had the pleasure of working with Elaine at the School District of Indian River County. She was such a kind person, always willing to help others, and she had such a beautiful smile. She was truly one of a kind.
