Ella M. Ludwig, 87, died on March 12, 2026, surrounded by family at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital in Vero Beach.
She was born in Washington DC and moved from Norfolk, Virginia to Vero Beach in 1987.
Ella loved spending time with her family. Her greatest joy was being with her great grandchildren who affectionately called her GGma. She was loved dearly and will be missed beyond words.
Survivors include her daughter-in-law Akemi Walker; sisters Patty Hills and Toni Hartsuff; sister-in-law Sylvia Miller; granddaughter Kristy Kenney (Jan Michael); great grandchildren Sloane, Walker, Harper and Bodhi and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her son, Kenny Walker, grandson, Danny Walker and brothers, Mitchell, Mike and David Miller.
Arrangements are by Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, Vero Beach.

Sorry to hear of Ella’s passing. She was a member of our low support group for several years and I always enjoyed having her come to our meetings but we lost touch over the past year. May she rest in peace and prayers and comfort to her family.
