Howard Eastman Page, age 104, died January 20, 2020 at Willowbrooke Court at Indian River Estates.
He was born in Groton, Vermont and lived in Vero Beach since 1974, coming from Alexandria, Virginia.
He graduated from the University of Vermont and earned his PhD in Psychology from Clark University in Wooster, Massachusetts.
Before retirement, he was employed by the Office of Naval Research and the National Science Foundation in Washington, D.C.
He served in the United States Army for 5 years during World War II.
Survivors include daughter, Donna P. Clark, Vero Beach, FL; sons, Jeffrey H. Page, Valley, AL and Timothy H. Page, Moneta, VA; brother, H. Gordon Page M.D , Williston, VT; granddaughters, Page C. Santello , Londonderry, NH, Shannon Marcum, McLean, VA and Adrienne Squillante, Brentwood, TN; grandsons, Brian L. Clark, Hingham, MA, Timothy Page, Opelocation, AL, Keith Page, Homewood, AL, and Ryan Page, Midlothian, VA; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Howard was predeceased by his beloved wife, Mary West Page in 2018 and sister, Carlene Murphy Newton of Vero Beach in 2013.
Interment will be at a later date in Groton, Vermont.
