James A. Masteran, 75, died peacefully September 7, 2015, at Hospice House in Vero Beach.
James was born January 9, 1940, in Fairmont, West Virginia to Anthony and Rosalie Masteran.
Mr. Masteran was a member of the Vero Beach Elks Lodge. He had a love for golf and enjoyed his many years as a member�s assistant, at Riomar Country Club. James also served on the board at Pelican Pointe. He enjoyed teaching, assisting, and giving his golf advice to the many friends he made.
He is survived by daughter, Michelle Melka; son, Anthony Masteran; grandchildren, Michael Melka, Tricia Nevarez, Conner Masteran and Kyleigh Masteran; and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
