In as much as I knew Jim was not well his passing was not expected. It truly crushed me! A part of me went with him. Jim was my brother ! We shared a past that we shared on a regular basis. I will miss our conversations talking about everything, anything and nothing. His quick wit and fiery personality made him a force not to be questioned. A man’s man to say the least! Cagney! I miss you buddy. I love you my old friend! RIP Robert Lewie

It was such a pleasure meeting your husband last Thanksgiving at my mom‘s house. He had a lot of interesting stories, and a lot of the young men surrounded him, listening to his stories, and that was so beautiful to see. It was an honor that he shared his time with us. Rest in peace, Jim. The Harris Family

There are so many words that come to mind when I think about Jim. If I had to choose one it would be genuine. Jim was one of a kind. His smile was contagious. His laughter and sense of humor made us all laugh. His love for Deb was seen not only in his gentle way he was to her but also his joking and how much he wanted to always make sure she would be taken care of. Jim will always be apart of our family and will forever live in our hearts. Jim while you are in heaven with Christ we will be here with Deb making sure she is taken care of. Until we meet again… we love you. Heather, Kelsey, Linsey, Sidney, Matt and Matthew.

Aunt Debbie you are in my thoughts and prayers. I will always remember Jim coming to sit by my side when I was dealing with some major health issues. He made me feel comfort and his hospitality was very much appreciated. I will always cherish the times he dropped in to show me his trophy deer and leave my family a portion of it. I am grateful that you and Jim came to live in the area to give us a chance to become acquainted with one another. I love you very much and will be praying for you during this difficult time.

Ah, Jim Kelly, such a good man and neighbor. He was the first person to welcome us to the neighborhood and was so friendly from then on. He usually had a good story to tell. Seeing him sitting in his garage across the street would give me comfort as if he was keeping an eye on things. We miss you, neighbor! God bless your soul. I am praying for you and Deborah. ❤️
