Let the family know you care by sharing this tribute.
Marshall Riley was born in Miami, Florida on July 2, 1964, and passed from this earth into his final reward on February 6, 2026. After a long battle with cancer, he is now healed and whole. He has left the sufferings of this world behind and is united with Christ.
He was a gifted individual and was passionate about his work as a production designer. Early in his career he formed his own productions company and most recently worked for Forward Thinking Designs in Orlando, Florida. In his 61 years, he experienced more than most individuals; he served his church faithfully, swam competitively, dove the oceans, hiked the rugged terrain of Alaska and fished the Alaskan waters, cycled the highways and byways both here and abroad, walked in the steps of Jesus and prayed at the Wailing Wall in the Holy Land. Of most significance was his deep love for his family and friends; in caring for them, he never failed to demonstrate generosity without bounds.
Marshall is survived by his mother, Penny Riley; his sister, Lisa Strong (David); nieces, Riley Strong and Leslie Strong Mann (Kristian). He is preceded in death by his father, James P. Riley and his beloved Labradoodles, Sandy and Rachel.
His Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 11:00 am at Church Four Eighteen in the Good Shepherd Hall located at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church at 2073 Garden Street, Titusville, FL, 32792. A luncheon reception will follow the service.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Marshall’s name to his place of worship and service, Vine Church, PO Box 140922, Orlando, FL 32814-0922.
Arrangements are by Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, Vero Beach.

Dear Family and Friends, Some of my most cherished “show” and life work memories are from time with Marshall. So talented, funny, charismatic and driven-with-his-craft. God Speed Marshall.
