James W. Carter, age 96, of Sebastian, FL, passed away Friday, February 1st, 2019.
He was born in Carmi, Illinois and moved to Sebastian from Cincinnati, Ohio.
Mr. Carter served in the United States Army Anti-Tank 313th Infantry during WWII.
He retired from General Electric Aviation, of Cincinnati, as purchasing agent.
Survivors include his son, Bruce N. Carter; grandson, Kyle Carter; granddaughter, Katherine Carter; grandson, Ryan Carter; grandson, Sean Carter; granddaughter, Shae Carter; and six great-grandchildren.
Mr. Carter was predeceased by his son, James W. Carter, II and his wife, Miriam V. Carter.
