The world has lost one of it’s best. Jeff had the kindest heart of anyone I have ever known. A man that loved his wife and children and proudly and openly displayed that love. To watch him with Sylvia you could see the admiration in his eyes and that he considered her his best friend. Thank you Jeff for being in our lives and giving us the best memories a friend can have. I hold you in my heart Sylvia. May you feel the presence of his love forever surrounding you and embracing you. I send you my love and strength.
