Jeffrey Paul Brissette, age 70, passed away peacefully on March 3rd, 2024, at VNA Hospice House.
He was born in Waterbury, Connecticut to Paul and Barabara Brissette in the fall of 1953. Jeff moved to South Florida and finally settled in Vero Beach.
Jeff retired from FEMA. Prior to FEMA, Jeff worked with the Small Business Association and other areas of construction.
Jeff was an avid fisherman and enjoyed boating in the keys with his loving wife Cathy. He enjoyed photography and taking stills of natural Florida landscape, sunsets, and the beach.
Survivors include his wife Cathy, son Jesse, stepson Jesse Caudill, and sister Cindy.
He is predeceased by his parents and his stepson Jason Caudill.

We’re thinking of you, Cathy, during your recovery and grieving for Jeff! We have fond memories of the time we spent with both of you! Joe and Jeff hit it off from the day they met – so many years ago! We donated to VNA hospice in Jeff’s name and I hope he was able to stay in the Hospice House near the end. But the home care they provide is equally valuable. We’ll look you up when we get to Vero the next time. Sharon and Joe
