Kathleen Anne Matthew, age 71, passed November 16, 2018.
She was born December 6, 1946 in Bronx, New York.
Kathleen had lived in Queens Village, and Selden Long Island, NY, prior to Hollywood and West Palm Beach, FL, before moving to Ft. Pierce.
She met her husband Richard Matthew, when they were 17 years old, and were together for the next 55 years until her death. Christmas Eve, 2018 would have been their 52nd Anniversary.
Survivors include her husband Richard P. Matthew, her son Richard P. Matthew Jr., her daughter Brittany and son in law Edward Wilton, and their children Zoie Matthew, Thomas Wilton, and Grace Wilton. She is also survived by her sister Judith (Richard) Patanella and their children, her brother Kenneth and sister-in law Vesta Schuster, and their families.
Kathleen was predeceased by her parents Gabriel and Veronica (nee: Graham) Schuster, and her daughter Karie Anne Matthew.
The family will greet friends 2 – 3 p.m.,Saturday, December 1st, 2018 with a Celebration of Life service to follow at 3 p.m., at Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home, Vero Beach.
