To Mickey,Shandi,Lauren,Raymond, babygirl,Edward,Nicole and Alex. “Kenny Pete” quickly befriended me when I moved to Sedalia in 1963. Without any special training he agreed to paint my 1956 ford. He did a professional job and it looked great. He and his loving wife Mickey remained our friends throughout our lives. For that we are truly grateful. When he and Mickey moved to Florida the friendship continued through visits and phone calls updating our lives. When they could no longer travel physically they traveled with us to Alaska in spirit through long phone calls with lots of laughter. “Kenny Pete” was an amazing, multi talented man with the remarkable ability to fix anything he chose to fix. We are deeply saddened by his passing and will miss him forever. Rest in peace dear friend and thanks for being our friend.

Dearest Mickey, I had no idea that Kenney had passed away. Since I no longer subscribe to the Press Journal, I don’t see any obituaries except when I pick up a paper on Sunday. Please accept my deepest sympathy at your loss and remember that I’m here for you anytime you need me. Love and hugs, Joyce
