Marie Wygonik Blanchard

Marie was an incredible person. We had many talks about her illness & what she & Kendall went through. A member of my family is also fighting pancreatic cancer & was diagnosed the same week as Marie. Marie was intense, spirited & I am so sorry! Sending my sincere condolences to her friends & family.

Keeping my dear friend Kendall and all of your family in my thoughts and prayers. Marie was such a sweet, kind, loving woman. She was friends with everyone she met. The world was a better place because she was in it. On behalf of the VBHS Class of 1972, we will not forget Marie, who photographed each of our reunions and get togethers. I will miss her laughter, smiles, and her hugs. Until we meet again, Rest well Marie.

I worked with Marie in school health. Marie was a huge part of our community and touched the lives of many young people. Like Marie I love to look for sharks teeth and suggested she try the Peace River canoe trip. She came back after her first trip and talked about how much she and Kendall enjoyed it. Marie will be missed by so many people. She was a strong woman who lived her life true to her convictions. Prayers for her husband, family and many friends.

Words are hard to come sometimes and this one of them. I feel I have known Marie for many years because that is the connection I believe we had. We had many great conversations and I will miss them. I knew Marie from foster parenting ,the sweetiet,kindiess,loving person with that beautiful smile .Always seeing her with Kendal .She alway would say hi when seeing her out,and a hug .May she RIP fly high Angel of God, love to the family and friends Teresa Lloyd Maynard ❤❤

I am in shock to hear of Marie passing. She was such a good person with so many of our children. Her and my son, Bobby McCullers, had a special bond. She helped him so much while he was in middle school. I want to say “Thank you” to her family for sharing her with all of those who had any contact with her. She was truly a lovely lady.

Although we were thousands of miles apart, I always considered Marie one of my best friends. I will miss her smile, her laugh, and her hugs. You do not meet many truly beautiful people, but Marie was one of them. I am honored to have had her as my friend.

Marie was a very special woman. I loved her dimples! And Kendall you are special man to so many people, myself included. I grieve for Maria even though I didn’t see her often over the last couple years but she really touched my son’s heart and mine as well.

Marie was an angel on earth. I have known her for many years from Recreation Department summer camp to playing softball together. She was a true friend and I was honored and blessed to have known and loved her. She will be forever missed.

Marie always had a smile to give. I didn’t see her often after High School, however, Buddy and I would see her walking on the beach through the years. She was always gracious and kind and her smile was like a bright light. Prayers for Kendall and Mark, and all her family and those who knew her.

Marie, but I always called her Mrs. Blanchard was a friend who watched me grow up. She played a crucial part in my life when I was younger and in middle school. During this time she was in charge of a Anti-Tobacco Club known as SWAT at Oslo Middle. I would meet with her almost daily to talk in her office and she would always have goodies including magnets, pens, and candy. She was a beautiful soul that followed my growth. I would always run into her at community functions I was either performing at or filming. The words I always heard from her, “I’m so proud of you”. I miss her dearly and she will always be remembered.

Kendall, When I think of Marie, I think of her positivity, sense of adventure and deep caring for others. Marie was pure joy! We are all better off for having known Marie. Well done, my friend❤️! Kendall, you are in my prayers.

Marie was an amazing individual! Her smile just lit up a whole room plus more! She always had the nicest most thoughtful things to say. She had a bounce about her, the hair the steps.
