Michael Gary Hoffer, age 84, of Vero Beach, passed away on February 20, 2023.
He was born in Brooklyn, New York on January 5, 1939.
Michael was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp.
He was a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and had worked as a Purchasing Executive.
Michael is survived by his wife, Donna; his children, Mark, David, Jason, and Jill; and eight grandchildren.
His pastimes included fast walking, reading, golfing, and traveling.
Burial will be in Rhode Island at a later date.
Arrangements are by Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, Vero Beach.

I always loved walking, but Mike turned me into a WALKER! With his patience and encouragement, I was able to complete two marathons with Mike as my coach in Team in Training of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. The memory brings a smile to my face. Mike was a good guy. I offer my condolences to the Hoffer family.
