Let the family know you care by sharing this tribute.
Donald L. Palmer, age 92, passed away on April 15th, 2023, in Vero Beach, Florida.
An ordinary man who did extraordinary things. Those who knew him will agree.
Don and his wife Donna were a match made in heaven and left an indelible mark on everyone they met.
He is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters (Ohio), his nephew (Georgia), and his wife Donna.
He is survived by his daughters Mickie and Chris, both from Vero Beach.
Per his request, there will be no formal service. Instead, to celebrate his life he suggests you take a drive for no reason, travel, explore new places, have coffee, lunch, or dinner with friends, laugh and tell stories. Listen to music and dance. Make time to stop and take in the wonders of nature, lend a hand whenever possible, share a smile and make the most of every precious moment you are given.
Arrangements are by Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, Vero Beach.

I was blessed to have spent the last year and a half by his side. Definitely an amazing person with amazing stories I could just hear over and over again. I will miss his laughs at my corny jokes (he was the only one that laughed at them) his smile for sure and all the great advice he always had for me. I have to say, he was my partner in crime. We made a great team…. Don I will miss you dearly and someday will meet up again Thanks for always having my back Per your request I will be visiting Mount Dora real soon and thinking of you. Love and miss you my friend Laura Romero (caregiver) A loving Family ALF

Don was a wonderful person whom cared about other people. he gave me a start in a business he started without compensation to him. Her raised a nice family whom I was very fond of. Hope he enjoys heaven as much as he did life here.
