Paul C. �Butch� Redstone, 74, of Vero Beach, passed away in the early morning of October 3, 2014.
He was born October 14, 1939 in (Olean, New York) to Paul and Florence Redstone.
Butch was a graduate of Mississippi State University; where he met his wife of 54 years, Joyce Redstone.
He was the owner of Redstone and Redstone Accounting in Vero Beach. He was an Enrolled Agent for 30 years.
Butch was a leader in the community serving as President of Vero Beach / Indian River County Chamber of Commerce, Exchange Club of Vero Beach, and Rotary Club of Vero Beach Sunrise.
He loved being involved and volunteering in many ways such as coaching youth teams , member of boards and the one that he will be remember for most is being � Santa �. Butch would dress as Santa during the Christmas season and visit schools, banks and various gatherings.
Butch was a loving husband to his wife Joyce and a devoted father to his three children and his three granddaughters, who are his pride and joy.
Butch will be remembered as a kind and generous man of great integrity, who was well respected by his peers.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce; two sons, Michael (Beth) and Alan (Beverly), a daughter, Terri; and three granddaughters : Chloe, Caitlin and Ali . He is also survived by his mother, Florence V. Redstone; and two brothers, Stephen Redstone and Phillip Redstone.
He was preceded in death by his father, Paul G. Redstone.
There will be a Service of Remembrance and Celebration for Paul C. �Butch� Redstone at 2 p.m., on Saturday, November 1, 2014. The service will be held at the First United Methodist Church (1750 20th Street, Vero Beach).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Life for Youth Camp, 1416 82nd Ave., Vero Beach, FL 32966.
