Penny Lee Richard Rick, age 62, went to find Katie Louise on November 11, 2023. Penny was born in Ridgewood, NJ. Penny lived in Fairlawn, NJ and graduated from Fairlawn Figh School in ’79. She later moved to Vero beach were she lived most of her adult life. Penny worked at Long Branch Saloon back in the day. Penny worked at the CVS Distribution Center, Vero beach for many years until her illness kept her from working.
Penny was predeceased by her daughter Katie Louise Richmond.
Penny is survived by her sons John (Jay) Richmond of Vero Beach, Fl and Matthew Maida (Sarah) of Pompton Lakes, NJ; and sister Patty Scillieri.
Penny will be missed by many loving friends Kim Medeiros and Chris Hall of New London, NC; Debra Godwin and Frank Griffin of Mount Airy, NC; and Emma Guyetete of Mayhew, NC just to name a few.

I just saw this news and I am so shocked…I met Penny when she worked at the 82nd St Deli through my husband Jeff…She was always smiling and so friendly…I will never forget her…She made us feel like we knew her forever…Rest in peace sweet Penny…I am so saddened by this…Condolences to her friends & family…Rose & Jeff Meurer
