Rest in peace, Randy. There aren’t words to describe the happiness and love you brought to everyone that had the pleasure of knowing you, and I feel very fortunate for how close we were for so many years.

I am grateful for the joy and kindness you brought to my mom’s life for the past several decades as well…you were the best of friends and had a life and relationship you shared together that we all hope for. Also, thank you for being such a great dad to Wes, Jordan, and me, along with the quality time spent with your grandkids…in addition to the countless family members and friends you’ve made along the way.

To quote some of my favorites of yours…”Heaven is my home, and I’m just passing through,” and “just trying to have a little fun, folks.” Here’s to the memories made, laughs shared, and the many smiles you’ve brought to all of us throughout the years…we celebrate you and a life well lived, and you will be forever missed!

Love Always,

Kory

I love Randyman. He was my precious husband’s very best friend, and I loved him from the moment I met him. He was smart, witty, and quietly thought-provoking, without ever being confrontational. He was so talented and so innately musical, the way real musicians had to be back in the days when electronics didn’t do the heavy lifting. The keys of our piano will miss (have missed) him “just messin’ around,” feeling his way through old standards and newly-created melodies. Through Randyman’s relationship and marriage to his loving and beautiful wife, Jo, I gained yet another dear and lifelong friend — a woman every bit his match — also smart, witty, and quietly thought-provoking, without ever being confrontational. Such a joy to know! I thank the Good Lord for their union. And I thank the Good Lord for blessing my life with both of them!
