Richard A. Brown, age 73, passed away peacefully at home on July 22nd, 2024, in Vero Beach, Fl.
He was born in Brooklyn, New York and resided there prior to moving to Vero Beach, Fl.
Richard was a proud United States Marine. During his time in the armed forces he received a National Defense Medal, Vietnamese Service Medal with two stars, Combat Action Ribbon, Vietnamese Campaign Medal with device, and the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry.
After Richard was honorably discharged from service he became a Technician for NBC Television.
Survivors include his sister Christine Brown (David); brother Roger Brown (Melissa); nephews Robert Street and Jeremy Brown; and niece Lisa Soures.
He was predeceased by his wife Linda W. Brown; mother Thelma Bjorndahl Brown; father Robert WM Brown; brothers William R. Brown and Robert Brown; niece Elizabeth Brown; and nephew William Brown.
Internment will be at Fernhill Memorial Gardens in Stuart, Fl. on July 31st, 2024, at 11:00 am.
